PLAN REVIEWS Review of construction documents for compliance with the 2012 Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), 2010 ADA Standards, 2004 ABA Accessibility Guidelines, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), HUD Section 504, 2010 ADA Standards with HUD Exceptions, Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines, and ANSI A117.1. We are Registered Accessibility Specialists licensed by TDLR to perform plan reviews for compliance with the Texas Architectural Act, Chapter 469 of the Texas Government Code. |

EXISTING SITE & BUILDING
ASSESSMENTS and REPORTS Review existing buildings or portions of existing buildings in order to identify items of non-compliance with 2012 Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS), 2010 ADA Standards, 2004 ABA Accessibility Guidelines, Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines, or ANSI A117.1. Various levels of service are offered. |

ACCESSIBILITY CONSULTATION Preliminary review meetings and preliminary plan reviews are offered to assist designers giving an initial look at accessibility issues and questions. Fax and phone questions are available free of charge. |

ACCESSIBILITY SEMINARS Seminars are available to groups for general knowledge and in order to meet learning unit requirements. Call for more information. |
