- Project Registration - The completed online
registration is required before we can proceed with the plan
review.
A filing fee must be paid directly to TDLR when you
register the project. The filing fee is separate from our
fees.
Please fill out all fields for the owner, tenant (if
applicable), and design firm when registering the project.
Note - Per Administrative Rule 68.10 (17) the Owner is
defined as "The person or persons, company, corporation,
authority, commission, board, governmental entity,
institution, or any other entity that holds title to the
subject building or facility." Online

- Owner Agent Designation - If the person
registering the project is not the Owner an Designated Agent form must also be
completed, signed and dated by the Owner and submitted in
electronic pdf format.
- Construction Documents - One complete set of
construction documents. Construction documents must
be submitted in pdf electronic format. PDF files cannot exceed
30 mb with names not longer than 30 characters. Drawings can
be individual sheets or groups as long as they do not exceed
the file size and character limitations. An additional
paper copy of the construction documents may also be requested
for large projects. When submitting drawings in paper format
please submit half size sets for sheets larger than 24" x 36".
Construction documents are required to be submitted not later
than the
twentieth
day after the plans are issued. In computing time a
Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday is not included. In the
case of state funded or other public works projects, the issue
date is the date the documents are publicly posted for bid. In
other instances, the issue date is when the documents are
issued for construction, building permit, or regulatory
approval. All documents are non-returnable.
- Payment - Payment is required for a complete
submittal. See the fee schedule below. Resubmittals and
responses are subject to additional fees as noted below. The
average review time is ±10 business days once a complete
submittal is received.
By Check - Send to the above address. Make payable
to ACCESSIBILITY CHECK.
By Credit Card - To pay by credit card, email a
request along with the TABS registration number and contact
information, including the email address, of the person
receiving the invoice. We will then process an invoice
through our PayPal account. Allow 5 business days for
processing.

FEES: Fees are based on 1
site and 1 building or build-out. Projects
consisting of multiple sites or buildings are
subject to additional fees. Call for more

RESUBMITTALS: Resubmittals and responses are
subject to a minimum resubmittal fee of $200.
Fees may be higher depending on the nature of
the revisions.
FAST TRACK & MULTI-PHASED PROJECTS: Unless
agreed
otherwise, fast track and multi-phased projects are
treated as resubmittals and subject to the
conditions and additional fees stated above under
resubmittals.
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECTS: In determining
fees for Public Right-Of-Way projects the
construction cost is based on the pedestrian
elements only.
PRELIMINARY PLAN REVIEWS: Preliminary plan
reviews are also offered and
are based on the service requested. Call for a fee.
EXPEDITED PLAN REVIEWS: Call for availibility
and fee. |

- Proof of Submission - A completed Proof Of Submission form,
signed and dated in electronic pdf format is required when a
licensed design professional (architect, interior designer,
landscape architect, or engineer) with the overall
responsibility for the design is submitting the project.
